Thesis Theme

The Thesis Theme from Chris Pearson and DIYthemes
If you’re a WordPress developer you probably recognize the theme I have recently begun to use. The Thesis theme developers claim that Thesis is one of the most versatile and themes ever created for WP developers. It’s supposed to be really simple to modify (although I’m still getting the hang of it).

I purchased it after reading tons of people rave about it and finding it used by some of the most prominent Search Engine Marketing Bloggers like Matt Cutts, Danny Sullivan, and Chris Brogan and so far I’m in love with it.

I’ve implemented it on a number of client sites as a site skeleton. The theme effectively eliminates the need for plugins like Headspace and All In One SEO. All of that comes included, including a nifty multimedia box where you can put images, videos, or anything else you’d like. While the theme is a bit limiting if you aren’t sure how to use it (it is modified using hooks), the development learning curve is a small price to pay for what seems to be a robust backend.
